Talked to a business owner the other day, he was lucky and his business grew very fast. He had some advice from a lawyer and a little more from an accountant but 3 years down the line he has a company with little assets except in cash, massive tax debt protection measures like Pty ltd's and Trusts but all setup incorrectly or managed improperly exposing him to massive financial risks.
Think this can't happen to you and it only happens to large companies?
You are very wrong. Most companies in difficulty are small businesses with turnovers of less than R500 000 a year.
